This company is not legit... they messed up my watch while attempting to attach a strap and didn’t show any concern. Instead of owning up to their error, they just made excuses. Honestly, this brand feels like a front... just a small office on Lincoln Road in Miami claiming they make straps in Switzerland, but with hardly any proof. Plus, they haven’t updated their Instagram in ages. Right now, they’re only active on stories, which don’t let folks comment. If they’re really that great, why not let people share their thoughts??? Their marketing seems designed to bury all the negative feedback. Check out serious reviews on reputable blogs like ablogtowatch and watchuseek to see what others are saying about their customer service. Tread carefully with these guys.

I went to the official office on Lincoln Road to get a strap put on my new DJ41mm, and what do I get? Two scratches on the original bracelet and no strap installed. I forked out 240 bucks for a strap that's now just sitting in the box. Now I gotta find a real watchmaker to do the job and polish up the original bracelet too... more cash outta my pocket. So, what’s the company gonna do about it? Cover the polishing costs? Refund me? We’ll see about that.

Let me be clear. I’m feeling pretty anxious about this whole situation. I can read people pretty well, and when I saw your Swiss technician (who’s actually French), I sensed trouble. His over-the-top confidence made me think something could go wrong. But when I was alone with him, I believed his words... he claimed he’d never scratched a watch before.

So, I went ahead and asked him to put on the strap. If you’ve got a camera in that room, check the footage.

He struggled to take off the bracelet from one side and said it was tough. Then he tried the other side, and guess what? Same issue. I noticed the trouble and told him to stop.

To be clear, the technician didn’t protect my watch properly and went ahead with the installation attempt. I saw he was having a hard time and asked him to halt.

Ask him if that didn’t happen, or just check the recording.

Both sides of the bracelet he worked on ended up scratched by his tool. So don’t get it twisted; he tried to install it, but it didn’t happen because of his overconfidence. Now my brand new Rolex has scratches.

Why didn’t he take the time to protect the watch? Was he in a rush?

That’s the reality. I wanted to return that strap, but now I’m stuck with it and the scratch issue to deal with.

Talk to him, ask him to be honest. He knows he scratched the watch and bolted when it was time to settle up.

This is the truth... I can chat with him face-to-face in June if you want. I expect better from Rubber B when it comes to customer service. Having a real conversation with the technician about what happened would be a good start, instead of focusing on my behavior.

The quality of the strap was beyond what I thought it would be. I reckon it’ll hold up for a good while. Just wish they could do that alligator style for my other watch - Deep Sea. Overall, I'm happy with what I bought.

It’s super simple to locate the right straps and make the purchase. This is my second time ordering, and it went off without a hitch.

Service was super quick. However, there was a rubber burr left over from the mold... right where the spring pins go. The jeweler missed it and after several tries to attach the strap, he ended up scratching the Rolex. I trimmed the burr off, and then the pin fit perfectly. The strap looks really sharp.

I’m totally smitten with Rubber B items. The staff was friendly and assisted me in selecting the right watch with a rubber band. They also pointed out the advantages of the materials used for the strap and how to care for it to ensure it lasts longer.

This rubber strap is beautifully crafted and fits my new (used) Panerai perfectly. The customer service was excellent; they responded to my inquiries promptly, and the strap showed up in no time. It’s a breeze to change out, fitting the watch just right. Thanks a bunch, Rubber B. I reckon this won’t be my final buy from you.

Awesome service and super quick! However, I found the checkout process to be a bit confusing.

The watch strap isn’t the size they claimed. It’s way shorter than what they said. You end up paying for shipping both ways and they don’t give you back the full amount. Their policies are awful, and the customer service is just as bad. I wouldn’t suggest Rubber B to anyone for any reason. Better to look elsewhere.
